Lawrence Peterson is responsible for real estate development for McNair Interests.

Prior to joining McNair Interests, he served as Vice President for Hines, where he worked closely with clients across the firm’s extensive real estate portfolio on every phase of the development process.

Peterson’s track record includes large master plans, public infrastructure improvements, hotels, medical facilities, retail, sport facilities and office buildings. His projects include the Houston Zoo’s African Forest Exhibit, 717 Texas, Westlake Park Class A office buildings in San Francisco, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Colorado Springs, and nearly two million square feet of industrial buildings. As an architect for Golemon & Rolfe Architects and 3D International, Peterson had a long career in design, construction management and real estate development working with Trammell Crow Company, Champion Partners, Ltd. and Howard Hughes Properties. Peterson has collaborated with many of the country’s leading design architects and consultants, injecting discipline into the creative process and improving the quality, cost and schedule of projects totaling $2 billion.

He is a registered architect and interior designer in Texas, and also served as an officer in the United States Army. Peterson earned a Bachelor of Science in architecture from Texas A&M University.
